Sales are down 39% compared to April 2019 and 56% compared to March 2020.
New Listings are down 56% compared to April 2019 and 47% compared to March 2020.
This was to be expected. We have seen a drop in volume on both listing and sales which is a good thing. If we saw a drop or increase in listings or sales alone then we would’ve seen a great impact on prices. Considering that didn’t happen prices have not changed all that much at all, generally speaking. These numbers are for Metro Vancouver.
