Compared to last year, for the second month in a row we’ve seen an increase in sales. The benchmark prices are still down. I’ve noticed that the number of listings are a little lower. What does that mean? If sales are happening at a quicker pace than listings coming on the market then we could see prices increase. I will be watching this closely.
